Sample Legal Documents

UCRC utilizes standard form loan documents for its loan originations. Variations to the standard form documents are generally limited to the Loan Agreement – Part 1 and the corresponding promissory note. Sections of the standard form documents that do not apply to a particular transaction are called out in the Loan Agreement – Part 1.

The following links will take you to samples of our standard loan documents. Please be aware that these documents are samples and UCRC reserves the right to amend, modify, replace or add to these documents at any time. Your loan officer will be able to inform you of any changes to these documents not yet published on this site.

IMPORTANT: The following sample documents are provided as a courtesy to allow you to anticipate early in the originating process your obligations. You are responsible for reviewing the documents prepared specifically for your loan transaction. UCRC strongly encourages you to employ expert legal representation whether or not UCRC requires a legal opinion with respect to your particular transaction.
