UCRC would like to announce an upcoming workshop that covers the legalities concerning property management and tenant issues. Rocky AHMA (Affordable Housing Management Association) will be offering the Utah Spring Workshop on March 29th and 30th at the Red Lion Hotel in Salt Lake City, UT. Speakers include Attorney J. Bruce Reading, who will be covering the legalities concerning evictions, abandonments, and other current issues for multi-family housing complexes and Paul Smith with the Utah Apartment Association, who will discuss the numerous Good Landlord Programs in Utah and other laws that have been passed by the state legislature that affect rental housing and property managers.
